Cossette Moves Into Prime Digital Space With Multi-Award-Winning U.K. Agency Dare

Cossette Communication Group, an international full-service agency with a network of offices in Canada, the U.S. and the U.K. is joining forces with Dare Digital Limited, a leading interactive marketing agency based in London. With this fourth acquisition in the past five years, Cossette is well on its way to establishing a strong international group presence in the U.K. as per its expansion strategy.

A creative digital agency with a staff of 130, Dare specializes in the areas of website development, online advertising, interactive content, e-mail marketing, digital outdoor and mobile marketing. Dare, with its proven track record for creativity and effectiveness reaped the benefits of its work with gross income of approximately £9.8 million (C$20 million) in it's fiscal year 2007.

Clients include Vodafone, Barclays, Sony Europe, ITV and Sony Ericsson, among others. The agency has received many prestigious creative awards, including the Campaign Digital Agency of the Year for three years running, Revolution Agency of the Year 2005 and the International Marketing and Advertising Awards for Creative Agency of the Year 2006, and the Revolution Awards Grand Prix in 2007.

This latest move on the U.K. market by Cossette, one of the top communications companies in the world and number one in Canada, proves that their acquisition strategy has been fully put into place. Dare will be a pivotal part of Cossette’s operations in London, where the Group can now guarantee a strong digital offer as part of their Convergent Communications™ services.
